Actor Charlie Sheen has lost a bid to win sole custody of his two-year-old son twin - Bob and Max.
The troubled actor wanted that his son would live with him after his ex-wife Brooke Mueller had checked into a rehabilitation. However, a Los Angeles judge said Tuesday that it must remain the primary caretaker of the boys, reports thesun.co.uk.
Sheen, who was fired from his television show "Two And A Half Men" hit in March in his constant drug excess, is now clean, according to tests. So his lawyers stated that since Mueller had a relapse and was more fit to be to care for their children, Sheen appropriate custody of twins.
Sheen and Muller were divorced earlier this year after he was found guilty of assault on him in December 2009.
